The absolutely gorgeous Bumbu Toys Brontosaurus Baby has a lovely long neck (but not quite as long as mum's!) and a sweet little tail. Our Baby Bumbu Dinosaur has been so carefully handpainted in the most vibrant colours; blue, aqua, and green blending together to superb effect, with pink and purple spots featuring all the way from head to tail and stripes on the chest.

Being hand-finished, each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes. Bumbu glues together smaller pieces of wood to form larger pieces that are then cut to shape. This technique leaves less timber wastage and may be evidenced by small join lines across the pieces. Please note Bumbu Toys are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel.

These toys are made of solid linden wood, which is minimally processed to preserve as much of its texture and natural properties. Unlike plastic, wood is a non-uniform natural material that frequently has growth rings or knots, colored spots or rough areas. These are not defects - they are distinctive signs that guarantee the natural origin and give uniqueness to each toy, telling the story of the tree from which it was made.
