My Order

Tracking is automatically sent when your order ships, sometimes it ends up in your SPAM folder. If you have not received tracking within 7 days of placing your order then please email hello@thecuratedparcel.comwith your order number.

All orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days (with the exception of peak season and sale periods).

Shipping is daily. Once shipped, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive in Australia, depending on your locality. Tracking notifications are automatically emailed upon shipment, however if you do not receive tracking then please emailhello@thecuratedparcel.com.

We cannot take responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or for a special event/date due to postal delays.

We have all been there, you click the ‘Order Now’ button and then realise you have forgotten something. Or you realise, there is a colour you actually LOVE, LOVE, LOVE but overlooked when browsing our range of products. If you change your mind after placing the order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has left us, there is not much we can do.

Occasionally errors are made in our warehouse. If this happens to you please email hello@thecuratedparcel.comwithin 7 days of receiving your package. Include photos for a faster process.

Unfortunately we don’t have accurate ETA for each product, but if you haven’t already, please head to the product page where you can add to your wishlist to be notified when the product restocks. You will receive an email as soon as it’s back online and available to purchase.

Refund & Exchange

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns OR exchanges for change of mind, which is in line with Australian Consumer Affairs. We have previously been relaxed with this rule, but restrictions due to COVID-19 mean that we have had to tighten our policies. Please make purchases with conscious consideration.

We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within  7 days) by emailing us at hello@thecuratedparcel.com.

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Our returns process is easy, you send us back the faulty products and we will send you new ones. We cover all postage of course. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
