We will happily replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 7 days) by emailing us at email@example.com.
Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Our returns process is easy, you send us back the faulty products and we will send you new ones. We cover all postage of course. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
